Agreement

By using TapyTap (tapytap.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Service Description

TapyTap provides NFC business cards, digital profiles, QR codes, analytics, CRM integrations, and related tools for contact capture and networking.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly in EGP via Paymob. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Physical product orders are subject to our 30-day refund policy. See pricing for plan details.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use TapyTap for spam, harassment, or unlawful lead capture.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data without authorization.
• Respect consent requirements when capturing contacts via NFC or QR.

Intellectual Property

TapyTap owns the platform, branding, and software. You retain ownership of content you upload to your profiles.

Limitation of Liability

TapyTap is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
